Our Founder

The founder of Revive Ranch, Ronda Hertz, has a bold new vision in Florida dedicated to the healing of Veterans, First Responders and Faith-based Spiritual Leaders with PTS and their families.

This mission is personal. Her eldest son served six years as a Marine in advanced Infantry combat and six years as a Sheriff Deputy and now as a Ranger for Bureau of Land Management. He came home from his three tours of duty in the Middle East with wounds you can’t see. Many of his Marine brothers have paid the ultimate price on the battlefield field and many more continue to by way of suicide. We’ve walked the hard road of trauma, and we’ve seen what’s missing in the systems meant to help our heroes. Guided by years of deep experience in transformational healing and holistic alternatives, she felt a calling to create a meaningful solution—one that brings lasting change and hope to those who need it most.

Chair *(also Executive Director)

Ronda’s leadership strengths in management, business development and strategic planning has been resourceful to launch and grow businesses and ministries such as Bridge Builders, Journey the Experience which evolved into a Church plant called Real Life Community Church in a very short period of time. Formerly the CEO/CMO of Veteran Handyman & Construction to VHC Construction. She has the vision and aptitude to take the Revive Ranch Foundation and Revive Ranch humanitarian project from conception to completion with high success. Ms. Hertz she has a B.S. VCT & Masters in Pastoral Counseling and is currently the CEO of Cabana My Cage.

Steve Hertz
President *(also Director of Agriculture)

Steve has Overseen multiple construction projects and managed community developments, he has coordinated a multitude of GIM Ministry Teams for our Homeless Hunting Outreach. As well was he is an experienced craftsman to homeowners and business owners with for over 40 years experience. Served as COO of VHC Construction. Mr. Hertz has an Associates Degree in Horticulture with emphasis on landscape design and architecture from Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa California and BS In Law, Simon Greenleaf University, Anaheim California, Juris Doctor, Simon Greenleaf University School of Law. Presently he is the COO of Cabana My Cage.

Zakariyyah Zabek
Treasurer *(also Director of Finance)

Zakariyyah is a seasoned Enrolled Agent and Chief Visionary Officer of Apex Vision with over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, taxation, and multi-entity capital structuring. Known for his strategic insight and deep understanding of business dynamics, he empowers small business owners with tailored financial solutions. Beyond his professional work, Zakariyyah actively supports community initiatives such as the Leonard Jones Minority Junior Golf Foundation and the Harvey Home Project, demonstrating a strong commitment to financial equity and social impact.

Jamie Kliewe
Secretary *(also Director of Transformational Healing & Wellness)

Jamie’s mission is to bridge the gap between traditional and holistic medicine, working alongside medical teams to deliver truly comprehensive care. Jamie has a beautiful family consisting of her amazing husband and friend, Scott and 4 uniquely gifted children, Jacob, Shelby, Collin, and Sage, who inspire her every day to continue to help others.

Beth Bridgman
Board Member *(also Veteran & Consciousness Consultant)

Beth is known as the 5D Astrologer today, but she has previously worked in global business development doing mergers and acquisitions for a holding company in Abu Dhabi comprised of several retired military Generals. Beth has lived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and worked on a contract for Prime Minister Bin Salman. Several years later, she had her own multicasting license from the government of Abu Dhabi. As a former US Army Maintenance Officer, she has logistical, managerial and leadership experience. Beth is a self-published author of a metaphysical novel, Binary Fusion and the Millennium Bug, and has done radio and television interviews. Loving mother of two adult children.

Tigger Huchel
Board Member *(also Financial Resource Consultant)

Tigger is a seasoned capital strategist and financial intermediary specializing in creative funding solutions for real estate, commercial ventures, and humanitarian projects. With deep expertise in multifamily financing, private equity syndication, and high-value commodities transactions, she connects visionary entrepreneurs with private lenders, hedge funds, and institutional capital groups to structure customized, impact-driven capital stacks. Her innovative approach—leveraging tools like seller carrybacks, lease options, and hybrid lending—enables projects to scale efficiently while preserving investment integrity. Passionate about purpose-aligned finance, Tigger is committed to expanding access to capital for initiatives in clean energy, affordable housing, education, and health equity, making her a valuable asset to any mission-driven board. Beyond traditional finance, Tigger is actively engaged in supporting humanitarian, regenerative, and purpose-aligned initiatives. Matt Brown
Consultant Freelance Environmental Compliance

With over 26 years in land brokerage and development across six states, Mr. Brown brings extensive expertise in environmental compliance, entitlements, proforma, and master-planned communities. He has led projects ranging from residential subdivisions to solar farms and commercial redevelopment. A longtime member of ULI and BIA, Matt is known for innovative problem-solving, collaborative leadership, and results-driven execution. He holds an MBA with a focus in Economics and a BS in Business Management. Area of Expertise: Environmental Compliance, Entitlements, Proforma, and Master-planned communities. Role on Advisory Board: Real Estate Development and Master-planned communities.

Ryan Hebron
Development Lead Reboot Recovery

Mr Hebron has served Reboot Recovery for several years as a Group Leader and seen personal results from his own life after serving six combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and Jordan. Then as a staff member and now as the Development Lead. Area of Expertise: Peer to Peer trauma recovery. Role on Advisory Board: Trauma Treatment Program Development.

Bill Heinzelmann
Co-owner/ Executive Security Consultant E & B Mushroom | B6 Security & Investigations

Mr Heinzelmann is A man of faith and service, Bill Heinzelmann is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with six overseas deployments and extensive leadership experience. He holds a BS in Global Business Management from Susquehanna University and currently serves as Executive Security Consultant at B6 Security & Investigations. Bill’s diverse career spans military leadership, biotech sales, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship. He is President and Co-Founder of Stand Up For Me Inc., founder of Stalwart.com, and co-founder of E&B Mushroom Co. He also serves as a Senior Fellow for Project and enjoys homesteading with his wife and daughters in their faith-driven lifestyle. Eric Heinzelmann
Co-owner/Operations Manager E & B Mushroom Company

Mr. Heinzelmann, originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a seasoned chef with over 25 years of culinary experience. A graduate of The Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, Eric built a career defined by creativity, excellence, and mentorship. Known for his warmth, strong work ethic, and dedication to serving others, he brings a spirit of passion and perseverance to every endeavor—making him a valuable voice on the Advisory Board. Mr. Gale founded Food Forest Abundance serves individuals and communities who want to be stewards of the land and reap the rewards of generational food wealth. By teaching others to grow nutrient-rich food. He also created OriginsReclaimed.org and most recently Liberation Academy which we are partnering with him for He is a Husband, father and friend. Terri McFarlane
Director of Operations & Strategist *(Board Member)

Terri comes to us from Ocala, Florida. She brings us creativity and management style that precedes her as Assistant GM for several company’s and former purchasing assistant. Not to mention 5 star rating of horse history and knowledge with her from US National Champion, Canadian Champion, Judging and Clinics all over the world. One of the pioneers to start a therapeutic program for kids with autism and learning difficulties. She has coached at Syracuse University. She has been recognized for both English and Western Horsemanship.

George Locke
Director of Communications

George is a strategic advisor and creative director who helps businesses grow by aligning their goals, brand, and users. As founder of the award-winning Polk Technology Solutions, Inc., he identifies the root causes of business challenges and delivers practical, proven solutions. George also trains entrepreneurs and corporate boards to think differently, build strong cultures, and foster lasting relationships. He is the creator of United City, and above all, he values his calling as a husband, father of five wonderful young children and servant leader who is committed to walking humbly with God while serving others with purpose and integrity.

Philding Handley
Director of Aviation

Phil comes to us from the Birmingham, AL area and upon completion of his enlistment in the Marine Corps he attended flight school where Phil obtained his Airline Transport Pilot certificate as well as his Flight Instructor certificates. Phil has been in business aviation for 15 years. His experiences in those 15 years range from flying company executives around the United States and Central America to flying medical patients worldwide. He has a loving and supportive wife and three children that are the love of his life.

Robert “Micky” Sexton
Director of Construction

Mickey comes to us from Ocala, Florida and has 40+ years in HVAC PLUMBING. Built hi rises commercial buildings for over 20 years. Owned and operated an Automotive business for over 30 years. Vast knowledge in all aspects of construction. Operations manager for multi million dollar projects in Manhattan, NY.

Chris Roehrer
Spiritual Formation & Equine Therapy Director

Chris brings a unique blend of spiritual leadership and equine expertise to Revive Ranch. For over 17 years, he has worked as a professional farrier, earning the prestigious Certified Journeyman Farrier designation through the American Farriers Association. A dedicated servant leader, Chris has directed men’s ministry at ClearBranch Methodist Church in Argo, Alabama, and has led small groups alongside his wife, Jessica. He also serves on the church praise team, playing guitar for the past eight years. Passionate about faith, family, and healing through horses, Chris is committed to helping others discover purpose and restoration through both spiritual formation and equine therapy. He is a devoted husband and father of two

David Astrello
Food & Beverage Director

David has over 18 years in the theater exhibition industry from popcorn sales to GM of Rave Motion Pictures. Then on to the Food and Beverage world with Cinema Eatery’s full-service kitchens. The last 7 years he was the top 10% nationally for food safety and operational excellence. Finally, to Reef Kitchens as the Director of Operations supervising flagship market pre-IPO venture capital with 500% growth with 35 brands in food delivery. In addition to, launching menus for industry icons like Michelle Bernstein, Michael Scwartz, Martha. Mr Astrello has his CAM (CAM Community Assoc Manager License for Florida). He is the father of two creative amazing young boys.

Dr Rebecca Pool
Education Director

Rebecca has spent over 30 years teaching art and graphic design to k12 students in multiple venues, including public and private schools. As co-owner of Gregg & Associates Advertising, responsible for customer relations & business management. While earning a Leadership PHD in 2015, she began to write curriculum. Teaching and sharing with others is her passion. She and her husband Jim have two grown children and three small grandsons who are the delight of her heart.

Jessica Roehrer
Artesian Director

Jessica is a stay at home mom of 2 great kids, Eliza(10) and Elias(6). She lives in Trussville, AL with her husband, Chris. Spending the past 14 years in an accounting role with a corporate automobile company, she was finally able to step out with the opportunity to be home with her children full time as she homeschools her beautiful children. Jessica has always had a love to be the hands and feet of God.

Susan Harper
Hospitality Director

Susan brings over 30 years of experience in hotel management and short-term rental operations, Susan Harper is a seasoned leader in the hospitality industry. She has overseen teams for both traditional hotels and platforms like Airbnb, building service departments from the ground up—including during property construction phases. Susan specializes in quality control, team training, and operational efficiency, and is known for elevating guest satisfaction above industry benchmarks. Her expertise in integrating technology with guest services supports scalable, sustainable growth for hospitality ventures. She has two adult sons and one who just graduated from Navy boot camp.

Chad Hertz
Security Director

Chad comes to us from Arizona. He is has been a Bureau of Land Management Ranger, Sheriff Deputy for the past seven years, a Corrections Officer and most importantly a Veteran Marine for six years with three tours of Duty in the Middle East as an Advanced Infantryman. A husband to a beautiful and talented wife, Melina.
